to make the glaze: simply mix 2 tablespoons spicy chili sauce with 1/3 cup honey. set aside and use during the last 4 to 5 minutes of grilling.
i grill the shrimp on the stove-top during the winter months, and glaze as directed just prior to serving. along with the shrimp, i grilled a large white onion. additional vegetables could also be grilled to complement the meal.
