jelly bean marshmallow bark

Easter will be here in a couple of weeks.  here is a very cute recipe for jelly bean bark.  this one could be adapted to any time of year, by simply changing the color of the jellybeans, and the chocolate.

i used white marshmallow flavored melting chocolate, with spring colored jelly belly beans. any type of chocolate could be used for this recipe.

to make the bark:  melt your chocolate in a double boiler on the stove top, and quickly spread onto a baking sheet that has been covered with a silpat mat.  sprinkle with jelly beans.  place in the refrigerator until totally set, at least one hour.  break into sections and serve.

if not serving immediately,  store in the refrigerator in a plastic container until ready to serve.
