there is nothing quite as simple as egg on toast. this is a meal that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. it is easy, nutritious, and delicious. eggs are a good source of protein, vitamins A and D, iron and riboflavin. the color of the egg yolk depends on the hen’s diet. hens that are fed on grass, alfalfa, and yellow corn have yolks lighter in color than hens fed on wheat. eggs vary in size, with most recipes based on large eggs. eggs are weighed by the dozen and then categorized by their size (small through jumbo)
recently, i was given the opportunity to review the Green Earth Pan by Ozeri. this pan has a ceramic non-stick coating from Germany which is both PTFE and PFOA free. the textured layer creates air pockets that heat the food and enhance the cooking in the pan. the performance of this pan was outstanding. the surface is totally non-stick and was super easy to clean. i was able to cook my egg in just a few minutes in this pan, and the result was perfect.
the egg slid out of the pan onto my toast for a perfect presentation. the egg was uniformly cooked and was appealing on the plate. eggs must be cooked slowly and at a moderate temperature for the best result. this Green Earth Pan allowed me to move away from the cooking area to complete other meal tasks, without having to worry about the egg cooking process.
the product also features a cloth protector to help when nesting for storage.
