Our Christmas week was filled with surprises and fun. Looking back on some of the food I made is always a great way to enjoy the memories. On the first day my daughter visited, I just had to made Grinch kabobs for her. She could not stop laughing. It was a fun way to start the week. I first saw a photo of these on Pinterest, which actually has so many clever postings of ideas for foodies. This one did not have a recipe, because it was easy to just copy the technique.
The following ingredients are used: fresh green grapes, one very firm banana, strawberries that are shaped more like cones, and mini marshmallows. Using skewers, thread the prepared/sliced ingredients onto a skewer. Fun, cute, and worth the time to make for a celebration.
grinch kabobs are the best. they were tasty and have just the right amount of fruit for a celebration. these are sure to be a big hit and conversation starter.
