Maple glazed pork chops

Recently I found a terrific recipe for pork chops in a Taste of Home publication, which when prepared was absolutely one to try again.  The pork was tender and the maple glaze was totally perfect for the dish. The recipe comes together within thirty minutes and can easily be prepared in an electric skillet.

Here is how I made this recipe–gather these ingredients: 2-4 boneless pork chops, dried thyme, salt and pepper, olive oil, 1/2 cup brewed coffee, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Season the pork chops with thyme, salt and pepper.  Heat the electric skillet with a small amount of olive oil.  Brown the pork chops.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.  Continue to cook the pork chops in the covered skillet.  Allow to cook until done, approximately 15 minutes.

Serve with noodles, rice, potatoes or a variety of vegetable side dishes.
