i made one of my favorite ice creams again. this time for march madness. mocha madness is super delicious, super creamy and super for guests. i have already blogged this recipe in the past, so check out the link on my blog. King Arthur flour claims it is the best coffee ice cream they have ever tasted. this time, i mixed in some chopped chocolate, but they even suggest using chopped oreos. topped with whipped cream and chopped nuts, this is a delicious dessert.
served with a ginger cookie, and march has never been quite the same. yum!
